Blue Key: Georgia fares well in every event!
GAINESVILLE, FL: The weekend at the University of Florida is over as far as the debating goes. We’d like to thank Eric Bogert, Shawn Solky, Derek Cowart, and Austin Layton for the updates throughout the weekend!
In Public Forum, two St. Pius teams reached the double octofinal round. I’m still awaiting on final results from these two teams. They are coached by Sean Hiland.
In Extemp, Molly Munson from Starr’s Mill reached the finals round. She’s coached by Sean Hickey.
In Lincoln Douglas, Katie Runyan and Patrick Kagi from Starr’s Mill reached the double octofinal round. They are coached by Sean Hickey.
In Dramatic Interpretation, JB Meyer from Alpharetta reached semifinals. He’s coached by David Gay.
In Humorous Interpretation, Par Juneja placed 6th place. Par is from Alpharetta and coached by David Gay.
In Duo Interpretation, Shawn Skolky and JB Meyer placed 6th. They are from Alpharetta and coached by David Gay as well.
Congratulations to everyone for doing exceptionally well at a National tournament.
