Talk about dropping bombs: January/Feburary Resolutions Released
The NFL just posted the resolutions for both Lincoln-Douglas for January and Feburary, and Public Forum for January. This will be the first topic of the new selection scheme for LD, and serve as the topic for Woodward Novice/JV Nationals, and the TOC for those concerned with such a thing.The Lincoln-Douglas topic is:
Resolved: It is just for the United States to use military force to prevent the acquisition of nuclear weapons by nations that pose a military threat.Â
The Public Forum topic (This is essentially the 2007 Nationals LD topic with different syntax):
Resolved: In a democracy, civil disobedience is an appropriate weapon in the fight for justice.Â
