Introducing Loquitur, Other Improvements

We’ve been working on things that will change the way you debate.

Georgia Forensics partnered with Trinity Briefs to develop loquitur, a podcast connecting debaters to the topics by going directly to the experts, college professors and other scholars in the field.

We begin with the March/April topic in Lincoln-Douglas, Hate crime enhancements are unjust in the United States. We have contacted criminologists, law professors and others in the field of hate crime law and we start off with Frederick Lawrence, dean of the George Washington University School of Law. Find that post and podcast here. We’re also on itunes.

In other news….

We have a debate timer!

Thanks to the developers of the Speech and Debate timer (LDers in Georgia know what I mean), we embedded a timer so if you’re in a non-NFL tournament, you can go to gaforensics.com/timer, and time any event.

Beta Testing!

I’ve been working on a couple of tools for the speech and debate community and we’re ready to roll out our beta tests:
