James Holt, CFL director, has just released the official list of CFL qualifiers for 2008 in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Fully Qualified teams to the TOC
No more TOC tournaments left in policy or Lincoln douglas - so here are the fully qualified in policy debate division. There are 64 fully qualified teams but only 63 may attend. Therefore, there will at least be 5 at-large bids.
