Greenhill RR Wins 2008 Tournament of Champions!

Poll Results 1

It seems the poll was very wrong.

In a very late round that just concluded at around 2:45 EST, Greenhill’s Nick and Olivia Rogan, debating in the affirmative, defeated Colleyville DH (Evan DeFillipis and James Hamraie) on a 2-1 decision, with the panel of Warden, Hardy, and Polin judging. (Polin dissenting.)

Congratulations to both teams competing in the final round, as well as all that competed in the out rounds in all divisions.

Thanks, everyone, for reading.

WHERE THE HELL ARE THE VIDEOS?!!!!!!!!!!!?????????!!!

The videos will not be posted until I receive them from the actual people who videotaped them.

Mr. Timmons is still drinking his champagne.
Let him drink it.

umm… you people looking for videos need to calm down. if you really wanted to see that final round, try qualifying for the TOC and making it to the break rounds next time.

Or, ask BEFORE the tournament. There isn’t some group going around taping final rounds all the time, that costs money.

If people did record the round, we’ll try to get them up. Otherwise, stop whining. Any more video whining comments get deleted.

Wait, so i am confused, is their a video, or did you not find one yet

There is one, we are working on it. Just waiting for the content provider to make it available.

@asdfdf: I’m sorry, it appears that you are reading the website that I helped build. AS a content provider of a FREE service, it seems that we are held to some obligation to provide you with everything you want.

I’m just asking that people be patient, since teams that did work their butts off at the TOC might want to not have to deal with debate after having a non-stop weekend.

Patience is a virtue, please remember that. But if that is something that people do not understand, then I would rather that you do not waste my server’s CPU time and the hits to the MySQL DB to comment because you simple cannot wait for someone that is being as kind and as gracious as Mr. Timmons, who did not have to do this at all, to find a way to send a rather long video from TX to GA so that we can make it available to you all. He is a friend of the blog, and I’m not going to hassle him because you wanted your video yesterday.

So if you can’t wait, then, that’s fine. But otherwise, you can feel free to leave me you email address in our contact form at and we will email you a link to the video.

Thanks,
