NCFL 2008: Policy, Public Forum Teams Clearing

The Fox Cities NCFL National Committee has just released the list of teams clearing in all divisions. We have policy and public forum teams below. Congrats to Michael Robinson and Demarius Walker from Grady for clearing! If there are any other Georgian clearing, please add them to the comments.
