could someone please post any links to websites that will help me on this topic. I am a novice debator and am not perfect at research.

anyway personally i like this topic since its not mainly philosophy.

Please don't use Jeffersonianism for this topic. It sucks, its the most hypocritical philosophy ever because Jefferson had slaves and he is preaching quality of life. Please don't use this, its very annoying and makes on sense.

Oh and the dude thats new to LD just remember LD IS NOT POLICY. Values, philosophy, reasoning, these are the essence of LD. Pragmatism is never a solid argument. Also, dont get caught up in statistics and data. Use them when needed to support your reasoning but DO NOT RELY ON THEM. Have fun with it too. Theres limitless boundaries when it comes to LD, unlike Policy, which is dry and boring in comparison.

I'm still relatively new at this; I've only done 2 tournaments an won only 2 rounds, so I need as much help as I can get. If Anyone can help me out be email or whatever, I'd really appreciate it.
  • Not a big fan of the topic - but I think it can provide good teaching ground to new LD debaters.
