NFL November PF Resolution Released – Failed Nations

The National Forensic League released the November 2009 Public Forum topic this morning:

Resolved: Failed nations are a greater threat to the United States than stable nations.

    do you think that the reason that a failed nation could be more of a threat to the U.S. is because the U.S. isn't as prepared to fight them as we should be b/c of the economy being so bad?
