Lakeview: Alpharetta scores big with 3 IE Championships!
GAINESVILLE, GA: Alpharetta was the biggest IE winner this weekend. Including Prose/Poetry, they picked up three 1st Place finishes. They are coached by David Gay.
Starr’s Mill, Lovett, Pope, Mars Hill and Gainesville also picked up championship trophies in Individual Events.

Georgians Take Top Spots in IE’s
Shawn Skolky and JB Meyer from Alpharetta High School won in Duo at the Wake Forest Earlybird. Fellow AHS students Erin Borain and Lindsay Albano finished third in the same event.

Supplemental Events treat Georgians better than Regular Events
WICHITA, KS: For individuals who do not break in their respective event, the National Forensic League offers Supplemental and Consolation Events. These include: Prose Poetry, Impromptu, Extemporaneous Commentary, Expository, and Storytelling. The events have two preliminary rounds and then the cuts begin.
