The NFL released the Nov/Dec Lincoln Douglas resolution yesterday, reading:
Resolved: In the United States, plea bargaining in exchange for testimony is unjust.
Public Forum for November was released as well:
Resolved: That eliminating United States government budget deficits should be prioritized over increasing domestic spending.
NFL announces October PF Topic
RIPON, WI: Earlier this week, the National Forensic League announced the 2007 October Public Forum Topic.
“Resolved: That the United States should encourage the implementation of a soft partition of Iraq. ”
