2010 Tournament of Champions Qualifying Tournaments Announced

The final sign of the beginning of a new season has arrived. J.W. Patterson has released the list of bid tournaments for the 2009-2010 qualifying period. Notably, Blake (MN) moves up a level.

Georgia teams record one of the best showings ever at CFLs

Georgia teams cleared two policy teams, 1 LD team, and 4 IE entries this past weekend at the National Catholic Forensics League National Championships in Albany, NY.  Henry W. Grady definitely stood out above the other Georgia schools by clearing debaters in Oral Interpretation, Policy Debate, and Lincoln Douglas Debate.

Chattahoochee Debate Victorious

Go figure, give the Chattahoochee debate team a contest, and they win it.  The Chattahoochee High School Debate Team won the CBS Atlanta competition by a huge margin.  The last I checked they had over 65% of the vote.
