Kim Brooks, LPC

Kim Brooks, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counseling Supervisor in the state of Georgia with extensive experience conducting substance abuse and clinical evaluations related to legal and court-involved matters. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Georgia School of Professional Psychology.

Kim has worked across a range of behavioral health settings, including criminal justice, jails, and outpatient substance abuse treatment, and has served as a Clinical Evaluator in Georgia since 2007.

Through Georgia Forensic Consulting, she provides substance abuse and behavioral health evaluations for matters including DUI, Minor in Possession (MIP), probation-related concerns, and other court or legal requirements involving alcohol or drug use.

Kim is known for her balanced, client-centered approach and her ability to conduct thorough evaluations while helping individuals better understand risk factors, treatment recommendations, accountability, and pathways toward positive behavioral change.
